Meet Our Physicians
Dr. James Rebik, DO is a board-certified Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Northern Iowa. Dr. Rebik then completed both his medical degree and residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck/Facial Plastic Surgery at A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri.
He served in both the Active Duty and Reserve components in the U.S. Army Medical Corps attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Dr. Rebik is a Persian Gulf War veteran and provided care to injured service members during that conflict. He returned to the Lawton-Fort Sill community having previously been the Chief of the ENT Service at Reynolds Army Community Hospital at Ft. Sill in the early 1990s.
Dr. Rebik has been in practice for over 30 years and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He has been a member of MENSA since the 1970s. Dr. Rebik’s clinical interests include general otolaryngology, allergy, chronic sinusitis, treatment of facial skin lesions and snoring/sleep medicine, and treats patients of all ages.
Candace Flournoy, APRN, CNP works closely with Dr. Rebik to provide quality care for patients within the practice. She is a native Oklahoman who graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to obtaining her master’s degree and becoming a nurse practitioner, Candace worked with both adult and pediatric patients for 8 years. She completed her training as a nurse practitioner at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX.
